MyRecover for iOS won't set up

Hi, 

I just bought the MyRecover for iOS (Yearly / 1 PC). I have been trying to install with great difficulty. This is what it keeps showing me

    @FHalilu, MyRecover for iOS needs to be installed on Windows computer. And then, you can connect the ios device on the computer and use the software to scan it.
    Did you install it on your iPhone?
